Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on chalkbrief.com (the "Store"), operated by Azarexa LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States, which publishes under the name Chalkbrief. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

We sell digital products: business books, guides and templates as PDF files, slide kits as PowerPoint files and prompts as text files, delivered by download link. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains. Page images and mockups on the Store show the products; the files you receive may differ in minor details as we correct and update them.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through Stripe; at checkout you may be offered to pay in your local currency. We do not store your card details. You must provide a valid email address: that is where the download link is sent. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if a price was displayed in error.

If you buy from outside the United States, the sale is processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe charges your payment method, adds and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax shown at checkout, issues the receipt and handles payment disputes. Azarexa LLC remains the publisher of the products and your contact for anything about them.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. Links are personal and expire after a period stated in the email; if a link expires or fails, email hello@chalkbrief.com and we will send a new one. Check your spam folder before writing.

Updates: when we publish a corrected or updated edition of a product you bought, email hello@chalkbrief.com and we send you the new file at no charge, for as long as we sell that product.

4. License

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the files on their own devices, to print them, and to use the frameworks, diagrams and templates in their own work, including with their own team and in their own presentations. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, publish them, or use their text, diagrams or design in any product, course, training or publication offered to others. We may revoke access for breach.

5. Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it doesn't help, email hello@chalkbrief.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms. After 7 days we refund duplicate orders, and files that are defective or not delivered when we cannot replace them within a reasonable time; this does not limit any right the law of your state gives you that cannot be excluded. When a product is refunded, its download links stop working and your license to use it ends. See the Refund Policy.

6. Educational material only

Our products are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, human resources or other professional advice, and buying or reading them does not create a consulting or any other professional relationship with us. Decisions you make with our material are yours: for decisions with legal, financial or employment consequences, consult a qualified professional. Frameworks are credited to their authors where the origin is known; names of models and methods that belong to others are used only to identify them, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners. 7. No guarantees of results or earnings

We do not guarantee any particular result from using our products, including any business outcome, promotion, raise, job, income or sales. Organizations, people and numbers in the worked examples are fictional and simplified for teaching. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store and in our products, including text, diagrams, templates, design and the Chalkbrief name, belongs to Azarexa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
